春秋时期鲁庄公喜欢妃子孟任，想让孟的儿子般继承王位，叔牙想让庆父为王，庄公不同意。季友杀死叔牙让般当国君。庆父杀死般，让开当王，一年后杀死鲁公自己为王。孔子没有将这段历史写进《春秋》，人说他是“讳莫如深”
