传说盘古开天用四根“不周山”大柱子支撑天地，共工与颛顼争夺帝位将不周山撞倒，天地裂了一条大缝，女娲氏在高山上架起神火，炼了36501块五彩石把天的裂缝补了起来，砍大鳌腿支撑天，从此天地就永久牢固了。
