平易近民的典故
西周武王的弟弟周公被封为鲁公，他没有去曲阜，而让儿子伯禽前去治理。姜子牙分到齐地，五个月就回京向周公汇报施政情况，而伯禽三年后才回京汇报政绩。周公感慨政令不简约易行，百姓就不会对它亲近，平易近人才行得通。
