李天馥（1635年～1699年），字湘北，号容斋。科举寄籍归德府永城县，合肥人，其先自黄冈徙。清初文臣。崇祯十五年（1642年），张献忠攻陷庐州府，李天馥随家人避难永城，寓居于永城赵家。顺治十四年（1657年）中举，顺治十五年（1658年）成进士，改庶吉士，授检讨。历官少詹事、工部尚书、刑部尚书、兵部尚书、吏部尚书。康熙三十一年（1692年），拜武英殿大学士。为官期间，扬清激浊，学行俱优，深受康熙器重。康熙三十八年（1699年）去世，谥文定。著有《容斋千首诗》、《容斋诗馀》等。
