谢肃，字原功，浙江上虞人，生卒年不详。少与唐肃齐名，时称“会稽二肃”。 学问渊博，工于书法。元至正末，张士诚据吴，谢肃慨然入见献偃兵息民之策。明初，隐于乡里。洪武十九年（1386）举明经，授福建按察司佥事，后以事下狱死。
