（1315—1371）明太平府当涂人，字主敬。元顺帝至正四年举人。授明道书院山长，避乱家居。朱元璋取太平，安出迎，留参幕府，任左司员外郎。洪武元年任知制诰兼修国史，寻出任江西行省参知政事，卒官。有《陶学士集》。
