刘一止（1078～1160）字行简，号太简居士，湖州归安（今浙江湖州）人。宣和三年进士，累官中书舍人、给事中，以敷文阁直学士致仕。为文敏捷，博学多才，其诗为吕本中、陈与义所叹赏。有《苕溪集》。
