杨凝（？—802）唐代诗人。字懋功，虢州弘农人，杨凭之弟。生年不详，约卒于唐德宗贞元十八年。少孤，受母训。长善文辞，与兄凭、弟凌皆有名。大历中，踵擢进士第，时号“三杨”。凝由协律郎三迁侍御史，为司封员外郎。坐厘正嫡媵封邑，为权幸所忌，徙吏部。稍迁右司郎中。宣武董晋表为判官。亳州刺史缺，晋以凝行州事，增垦田，决淤堰，筑堤防，水患为息。时孟叔度纵横挠军治，凝亦荒于酒。董晋卒，（公元799年）凝走还京师，阖门三年。拜兵部郎中，以痼疾卒。凝著有文集二十卷，《新唐书艺文志》传于世。
