洪炳文（1848～1918），字博卿，号楝园，浙江瑞安人。居浙江瑞安城关柏树巷，花信藏书楼主人，晚清文坛上一位成就卓著的剧作家和诗人。洪炳文博学多才，善赋诗词，曾和著名词人柳亚子等人组织南社，以诗会友。
