孟宾于，字国仪，号玉峰叟（《江南野录》卷八），连州（今属广东）人。后晋天福九年（九四四）进士（王禹称《孟水部诗集序》）。曾受孟氏辟，为零陵从事。南唐时，授丰城簿，迁淦阳令。宋太宗太平兴国中，归老连上（《诗话总龟》前集卷五引《雅言系述》）。年八十三卒。有《金鳖集》，已佚。《南唐书》卷二三有传。
