吴锡麒（1746～1818）清代文学家。字圣征，号谷人。钱塘（今浙江杭州）人。 乾隆四十年（1775）进士。曾为翰林院庶吉士，授编修。后两度充会试同考官，擢右赞善，入直上书房，转侍讲侍读，升国子监祭酒。他生性耿直，不趋权贵，但名著公卿间。在上书房时，与皇曾孙相处甚洽，成为莫逆之交，凡得一帖一画，必一起题跋，深受礼遇。后以亲老乞养归里。主讲扬州安定乐仪书院安定、爰山、云间等书院至终，时时注意提拔有才之士。
