老天妒嫉人世韶华才洒下潇潇风雨，星宿们相互争斗闹得大雨像瓢泼盆倾，这大雨可否淋湿了你饰着金饰的舞衣？想着你红艳迷人的小嘴，黄粉蜂一般的细腰，想着你离别时鲛人般的泪珠如梨花带雨。你离开我让我身体憔悴消瘦，风雨打海棠声声如战鼓让我难以入睡，极目远望江畔小路，行云重重可否阻碍你回来？你满身香气可否也被雨水冲淡？
注释
侑尊：劝酒，陪侍。云：语助词。
韶华：美好时光。
南箕：箕星，二十八宿之一。月到此处，天多风雨。
水漏天瓢：喻雨水如瓢泼从天而下。
金缕莺裳：指用金线织的舞衣。
龙绡：即鲛绡。
海棠魂：暗用唐玄宗比喻杨贵妃酒酣未醒为昨海棠典故。羯鼓声：暗用唐玄宗击羯鼓催花典故。
江皋：江边。

乔吉(1280?～1345) 元代杂剧家、散曲作家。一称乔吉甫，字梦符，号笙鹤翁，又号惺惺道人。太原人，流寓杭州。钟嗣成在《录鬼簿》中说他“美姿容，善词章，以威严自饬，人敬畏之”，又作吊词云：“平生湖海少知音，几曲宫商大用心。百年光景还争甚？空赢得，雪鬓侵，跨仙禽，路绕云深。”从中大略可见他的为人。剧作存目十一，有《杜牧之诗酒扬州梦》、《李太白匹配金钱记》、《玉箫女两世姻缘》三种传世。
