拍岸春水蘸着轻柔垂杨，流水中花片飘香。追啄花片争叼柳丝小鸳鸯，它们相亲相爱一双跟随着一双。
小楼上珠帘半卷，露出佳人的新妆，薄薄的春衫是柳黄。她转身倚靠栏杆背着斜阳，为那风流情事暗自伤心断肠。
注释
醉桃源：词牌名，又名“阮郎归”等，双调四十七字，上片四句四平韵，下片五句四平韵。
蘸：以物浸入水中，这里是形容垂杨轻拂水面。
噆（zǎn）：衔，叼。
风流：风情，风韵。
醉桃源·春景创作背景
这首词具体创作年代不详。严仁与严羽、严参并称“邵武三严”，以善作小词著称，这首《醉桃源》以如画之笔写春天景色和倚阑远眺的佳人，鲜洁雅丽，在文艺思想上可能受到严羽《沧浪诗话》的影响。

词的上片所写的境界，在唐宋词中并未少见，像温庭筠《杨柳枝》中的“一渠春水赤阑桥”；韦庄《菩萨蛮》中的“春水碧于天，画船听雨眠”；欧阳修《采桑子》中的“绿水逶迤，芳草长堤”……总有某种相似之处。然而细细品味，却有所不同，它写得有声有色，有情有味，将画境、诗意、音响感融为一体，在美学上达到一个很高的境界。首句“拍堤春水”，让人感到风吹浪起，湖水轻轻地拍打堤岸的声音；而堤上的杨柳倒挂湖面，轻轻拂水，像是有声，然而却非常细微。再看看水中，瓣瓣落花，随波荡漾，种种色彩，阵阵幽香，都作用于读者的感官。然而词人并未到此为止，他要把这垂杨、流水、落花写足，于是又添上一对对鸳鸯。它们在湖上自由自在游戏，一会儿嬉弄花瓣，一会儿又用小嘴去咬下垂的柳梢。这一“嗜”字看上去有点冷僻，然却用得极工，非常准确地表现了鸳鸯动作的迅速与细巧。添上鸳鸯，整个画面就活了，完整了，并且充满了生意和动态美。
词的下片转入抒情。词人把镜头对着小楼，只见珠帘卷处，一位佳人露出淡雅的新妆，在这新妆中最突出的一点是她那件柳黄色的春衫。“春衫是柳黄”，同上片的“垂杨”是一样的颜色，人的装束与周围的环境取得了和谐一致。下面接着摄下佳人的一幅剪影：她背着斜阳，凭阑凝望。至于她的容颜和表情究竟如何，词人并未从正面予以描画，而仅仅从侧面着笔，写她的风神，写她的情韵；只是最后“风流暗断肠”一句，才用作者的主观评价给她的情绪淡淡地点上一笔哀愁的色调。整个下片的立意，似从唐人王昌龄《闺怨》诗来。王诗云：“闺中少妇不知愁，春日凝妆上翠楼。忽见陌头杨柳色，悔教夫婿觅封侯。”严羽强调“博取盛唐名家，酝酿胸中，久之自然悟入”（《沧浪诗话·诗辨》）。严仁此处，似得其妙悟。这词的下片同王诗颇为神似，前面几句同样自然轻快，后面同样一个转折，表现了轻微的哀怨，而熔裁衍化，已如“羚羊挂角，无迹可求”。
这首词的基调是轻快灵妙的。上片写落花流水，剔除了古典诗词中那种习见的伤感；下片写少妇登楼，也不着重表现伤怀念远。全词笔致轻灵，意境新颖，能给人以精神上的愉悦。另外词的下片还注意艺术上的藏和露的关系，露出的是人物最富特征的春衫和倚阑的身影，隐藏的是人物的思想感情。好比画家笔下的断山云雾，在几座峰峦之间留下空白，让幽深的意境隐藏在白云笼罩之下。这就留下足够的空间，让读者去想像，去回味。

严仁（约公元1200年前后在世）字次山，号樵溪，邵武（今属福建）人。生卒年均不详，约宋宁宗庆元末前后在世。好古博雅。杨巨源诛吴曦，安丙惎而杀之，仁为作长愤歌，为时传诵。与同族严羽、严参齐名，人称“三严”。仁工词，有《清江欸乃集》不传，《文献通考》行于世。存词30首。
