译文
我把握着两袋红色羽毛箭,来到河北,古之燕国和赵国的地方
正是射杀天狼----骚乱的北方少数民族的时候,目睹军情激扬万分
在邯郸洪波台观看兵卒演习作战,我身佩长剑,遥望北疆的关塞
我想请缨参战,不愿意羁旅在南方的古越国地带,我要直趋燕然山,铭功勒石
将军的龙虎旗在风中猎猎,动员会上的歌声仍然在耳边不停歇
壮士击筑高歌,风萧萧兮易水寒,忧愁在投壶的活动烟消云散
我相信我们一定能够百战百胜,一举把鬼子们全部扫光才回家乡
注释
⑴原注：时将游蓟门。题注：《元和郡县志》：洪波台，在磁州邯郸县西北五里。
⑵赤羽，谓箭之羽染以赤者。《国语》所谓“朱羽之矰”是也。又《六韬注》：飞凫、赤茎、白羽，以铁为首：电景、青茎、赤羽，以铜为首。皆矢名。
⑶《楚辞》：“举长矢兮射天狼。”王逸注：“夭狼，星名。”
⑷江淹诗，“倚剑临八荒。”《括地志》：玉门关，在沙州寿昌县西北一百十八里。
⑸终军自请，愿受长缨，必羁南越王而致之阙下。
⑹《后汉纪》：永元二年，窦宪、耿秉自朔方出塞三千里，斩首大获，铭燕然山而还。
⑺《国语》：“歌钟二肆。”韦昭注：“歌钟，歌时所奏。”
⑻颜师古《急就篇注》：“筑，形如小瑟而细颈，以竹击之。”《通典》：“筑，不知谁所造，史籍惟云高渐离善击筑。汉高帝过沛所击。”《释名》曰：“筑，以竹鼓之也，似筝细项。”按今制：身长四尺三寸，项长三寸，围四寸五分，头七寸五分，上阔七寸五分，下阔六寸五分。
⑼《后汉书》：祭遵为将军，对酒设乐，必雅歌投壶。
⑽《周易》：“高宗伐鬼方，三年克之。”《汉书》：“外伐鬼方，以安诸夏。”颜师古注：“鬼方，绝远之地。一曰国名。”《晋书》：“夏曰薰鬻，殷曰鬼方，周曰薰狁，汉曰匈奴。”
登邯郸洪波台置酒观发兵创作背景
此诗为诗人于天宝十一年（752）北游幽州途中，在邯郸洪波台看官兵操练仪式后所作，抒发自己北上抗敌、报效国家的豪情壮志。

李白（701年－762年），字太白，号青莲居士，唐朝浪漫主义诗人，被后人誉为“诗仙”。祖籍陇西成纪(待考)，出生于西域碎叶城，4岁再随父迁至剑南道绵州。李白存世诗文千余篇，有《李太白集》传世。762年病逝，享年61岁。其墓在今安徽当涂，四川江油、湖北安陆有纪念馆。
