贾昌朝（997—1065）字子明。宋朝宰相、文学家、书法家，真定获鹿（今河北获鹿）人。真宗（九九八至一零二二）朝赐同进士出身。庆历（一零四一至一零四八）中同中书门下平章事，封魏国公，谥文元，卒年六十八。著作有《群经音辨》、《通纪时令》、《奏议文集》百二十二卷。其著作《群经音辨》是一部专释群经之中同形异音异义词的音义兼注著作，集中而又系统地分类辨析了唐陆德明《经典释文》所录存的群经及其传注中的别义异读材料，并对这些材料作了音义上的对比分析，同时还收集、整理了不少古代假借字、古今字、四声别义及其它方面的异读材料，有助于读书人正音辨义，从而读通经文及其注文。
