苏泂（一一七○～？）（与赵师秀同龄，生年参《文学遗产》一九八三年四期《赵师秀生年小考》），字召叟，山阴（今浙江绍兴）人。颂四世孙。生平事迹史籍失载，从本集诗篇可知，早年随祖师德宦游成都，曾任过短期朝官，在荆湖、金陵等地作幕宾，身经宁宗开禧初的北征。曾从陆游学诗，与当时著名诗人辛弃疾、刘过、王楠、赵师秀、姜夔等多有唱和。卒年七十馀。有《泠然斋集》十二卷、《泠然斋诗馀》一卷（《直斋书录解题》卷二○、二一），已佚。清四库馆臣据《永乐大典》辑为《泠然斋诗集》八卷。
