程公许（？—1251），字季与，一字希颖，号沧州。南宋眉州眉山（今属四川）人，一说叙州宣化（今四川宜宾西北）人。嘉定进士。历官著作郎、起居郎，数论劾史嵩之。后迁中书舍人，进礼部侍郎，又论劾郑清之。屡遭排挤，官终权刑部尚书。有文才，今存《沧州尘缶编》。
