（1118—1164）泰州海陵人，一说江宁人，字茂振。高宗绍兴十五年进士。历官中书舍人、兵部侍郎，兼给事中。绍兴二十九年，充金国哀谢使，言辞详雅，金人为加礼。次年为同知枢密院事。金主背盟，复奉命出使，以主张俟金来南，尽锐奋击，必能成功，辞之。因被劾，责授秘书少监分司南京，筠州居住。有《海陵集》。
