梁以蘅，字仲房，号南塘。新会人。明世宗嘉靖二十二年（一五四三）举人。弱冠以贡授宾州训导，中式后转庐陵教谕，历绍兴府教授，寻擢连城令。卒年四十九。有《南塘诗集》。清顾嗣协《冈州遗稿》卷四有传。
