许恕（公元？年至一三七四年）字如心，江阴人。生年不详，卒于明太祖洪武七年。至正中，荐授澄江书院山长，旋弃去。会天下已乱，乃遁迹卖药于海上，与山僧野人为侣。善自晦匿，罕相识者，故征召不之及。恕著有《北郭集》六卷，补遗一卷，（均《四库总目》）他的诗意沉郁，而音节高朗。
