梁维栋，字完太。恩平人。明神宗万历三十一年（一六〇三）贡生，后任陕西同州州同，两视州篆，政绩大著。将不次擢，遽谢病归。寻幽山水间，吟咏自适，以寿终。有《水阁诗钞》。民国《恩平县志》卷一九有传。
