庞一夔，字仲虔。南海人。嵩子。明世宗嘉靖四十三年（一五六四）举人。初授苍梧令，莅任六载，丁外艰。起复，补归化令。寻晋任养利州。会缅甸入犯，以禦敌功除九江府同知。致仕归乡。著有《江门正脉》、《谕俗编》等书。清温汝能《粤东诗海》卷三二、清道光《广东通志》卷二八○有传。
